Organizational Analysis

  • Organizational Analysis -- as used by CedarCreek VRC -- creates an important foundation in diagnosing issues around organizational performance.  Basically, an organizational analysis consist of searching key documents for value terms and phrases.

  • Annual reports, brochures, and other documents presented to the public are important for learning which values shape the public presence of the organization and which are the values to which the organization aspires.

  • Internal documents such as memos and procedural documents are important for learning values that are currently in practice within an organization.

  • Organizational Audits , in conjunction with value surveys of organizational leaders, present a clear picture of the past and present.  From this information, strategic planning for the future can be formed with realistic expectations.

Organizational Audits are generally performed with the use of computerized scanning against a database that has been created and cross-validated by CedarCreek VRC over the last eleven years.
