Education and Training at CedarCreek VRC
has two meanings. Working with colleges and universities from an organizational perspective is an important aspect of our work. If you would like to learn more about our work in this area, please click here.
The other perspective focuses on Education and Training programs that are integral to most of our
consulting projects. Our goals focus on assisting the organization and
its individuals in maximizing their current skills and ways to achieve
higher performance and greater satisfaction in what they do. We
do this through the use of modern adult-learning models. These
models provide means of teaching and learning while minimizing class time and maximizing retention. We provide training
and materials.
