Organizational Value Audits

Organizational Values

Organizational values are comprised of a complex mix of individual, information organization and formal organizational values. They can be measured, however, quantitatively, and the tensions between values and groups of values can also be measured.

Organizational values serve as the genetic map of an organization and, as such, provide essential information requirement for short-term and long-term planning and organizational adaptation. For more information about organizational value audits, click the following link: audits

Organizational audits use the CedarCreek Value Survey (CVS) to determine and measure value systems. Studies done over time provide extremely important and useful information as to organizational trajectory.
