Performance Improvement Much of the work at CedarCreek VRC is focused on Performance Improvement. This is Performance Improvement at all levels. To be effective, a program to improve performance is typically focused on the full organization. The CedarCreek Values Survey (CVS) is an important first element in measurement of the elements that drive behaviors. Results from the CVS also provide clear pathways for realistic evaluation as to what can and cannot be changed. Because the process is quantitative -- allowing for accurate tracking over time -- the tools are in place for tracking performance improvement over time. Other aspect involved with our Performance Improvement programs include Executive Development, Conflict Resolution, and Organizational Development.
