Staff Development

Staff Development at CedarCreek VRC focuses on an understanding of the underlying issues of behavior.  Moving forward with positive development is difficult, if not impossible, without first understanding the issues that drive the individual. Staff development within CedarCreek VRC is closely tied with our work on Conflict Resolution and Executive Development.

The CedarCreek Values Survey (CVS) is a unique, proprietary product that measures the dynamics integral to individual and organizational behavior.  Measurement of individual values across the organization gives us a picture something like this.

The individual is at the "N" -- [small white oval in the middle] -- that is the Nexus or point of interaction.  The CVS allows us the ability to measure all the points indicated and then generate quantitative information which provides the beginning point for staff development.
